1. Introduction & Acceptance

To register an account with bft222 and access the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

bft222 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, or documentation verifying the ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bft222 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are mobile financial services widely used across Bangladesh. bft222 does not accept payments by international credit or debit card at this time. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum single deposit: ৳100

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to your account tier and applicable daily limits as displayed in the withdrawal interface.

Deposits are generally credited to your bft222 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your mobile wallet provider. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method that was used to make the corresponding deposit. bft222 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Where a deposit has been made via multiple payment methods, withdrawals will be allocated proportionally. bft222 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds or where account activity appears inconsistent with normal usage patterns.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bft222 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated alongside each individual offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all bft222 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are valid for one use per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Where such activities are confirmed or reasonably suspected, bft222 may suspend or permanently close the account, void all open bets, forfeit the account balance, and report the matter to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

• bft222 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• bft222 is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device incompatibility, or third-party service interruptions (including mobile wallet providers).
• In the event of a system error that results in an erroneous game result or payout, bft222 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's account.
• bft222's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount held in the player's account at the time the claim arises.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

bft222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason it deems appropriate. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds remain unmet. bft222 is not obligated to return bonus funds upon voluntary account closure.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bft222 operates. 11. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and bft222 with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by bft222 in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of the same or any subsequent breach.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall prevail in all respects.
